Yippee! It’s Spring!

We have been thinking about new birth, Easter Eggs, flowers, and trees bursting forth with shades of green, pinks, purples, yellows, and reds. We are starting to add a plant or two to our homes and offices, and perhaps you are planting flower and vegetable gardens. For me, this is also the time to think about making homemade pickles and homemade blackberry wine. If you have been following me for a while, you will remember my videos on creating homemade blackberry wine. I made one more video that is not up yet, so I’ll get my granddaughter to assist me soon.

Soon, I will have videos available on making homemade pickles. Years ago, I wrote an essay about pickle making, and I will post that.
